Returns will only be honored for any new, unworn items. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Your refund will be processed in the form of a gift card, minus a $5 restocking fee. Holiday and sale items are not eligible for return.

We always inspect each item before it heads to a new home, but sometimes one may slip by us. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at Contactzenithhats@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to get back to you.
